Summary: Add supported platforms to the home page

On the home page, the following text
"Cordova is available for the following platforms: iOS, Android, Blackberry,
Windows Phone, Palm WebOS, Bada, and Symbian."
does not include the following platforms that are supported.
* FirefoxOS
* Amazon Fire OS
* Ubuntu
* Mac OS X
* Qt
* Tizen
A newcomer might not know this and may go away if he/she doesn't see support
for his favorite platform
I'm open to doing this change myself, but i couldn't find the markdown related
to the home page.
