Resolution: Fixed
Removed the dead entries in the pbxproj.
Did not add a default en.lproj file, we currently have no localization
capability within cordova cli itself, but we do for cordova-ios plugins in
cordova-ios 4.0 -- if users want to localize, they can just create and add a
folder called "en.lproj" with a Localizable.strings file in it. Substitute "en"
for the two character country code.
