Description:
- add cordova-plugin-vibration to project
- call navigator.vibrate(time)
- notice there is vibration
- disable Vibrate on Ring in Settings > Sounds
- call navigator.vibrate(time)
- notice there is no vibration
- turn to silent mode
- call navigator.vibrate(time)
- notice there is vibration
tested on iphone 6s ios 9.0.1
