I have a simple cordova source that jst adds a form with an edit box. Compile
it for windows 8.1 run it on windows 10 in tablet mode and the keyboard
appears. Complie it for windows 10 run it on windows 10 in table mode and the
keyboard doesn't appear.
THis is a really major regression in the support for windows 10 and really
prevents anyone from using a windows 10 tablet application that was built with
cordova.
