I had a PC with Android SDK installed. I uninstall it using it's own
uninstaller. It deleted most of it's files, but it left a few files and folders
inside:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk
now cordova requirements says the Android SDK is installed, but it's not.
