This is correct, currently you can't have both FILE_URI and saveToPhotoAlbum --
I've verified with the code.
However, I don't see why you can't saveToPhotoAlbum with FILE_URI, all it
requires is a call to UIImageWriteToSavedPhotosAlbum. I'm not sure the intent
of the original implementor of the feature -- perhaps there was an issue, I
can't recall.
