Ever since we added the alias /latest/ for the docs, we have the issue where
clicking on a link in the table of contents (TOC) changes the URL on the next
page to have the version number (e.g. 5.4.0) instead of latest. We should
preserve these aliases in the URL by making TOC links relative to the current
URL.
