I'm looking on the fix and have one question - looks like plugin will now
behave differently for target=_self if url is not white listed, especially for
cordova-ios < 4.0 where we had white listing logic in place (openInInAppBrowser
is not more used in this case). Is my understanding correct? I'm fine w/ this,
just want to make sure we are aware of this (update docs? - I can do this).
PS. On Windows we don't check that url is white listed or not as well and rely
on native behavior.
