Using Cordova-ios 4.0.0 from the master branch with the
cordova-plugin-wkwebview-engine does not support HTMLImports with the
webcomponents.js polyfill. This worked on UIWebview. The polyfill works fine in
Safari. This makes development using the Polymer framework practically
impossible.
