Also, looking at the plugin code, the implementation is pretty straightforward
and actually just returns
[{{android.os.Build.VERSION.RELEASE}}|http://developer.android.com/intl/ru/reference/android/os/Build.VERSION.html#RELEASE],
so this probably might be a device problem.
