Thanks for the comment Nikhil Khandelwal,
Based on your comment, I changed the URI in the appxmanifest file and the app
raise an exception "JavaScript runtime error: Windows is undefined" from
cordova.js .
This is what I did, change the start page ms-appx-web:///www/index.html to
ms-appx-web://com.mydomain.MyAppName/www/index.html
I got the package name from appxmanifest file Package/Identity[Name].
