@riknoll: The value returned by `getLocalCLI()` is used after
`shell.pushd()` is called [here][pushd] to get into the `mobilespec` app
directory in `medic-run`, and in `medic-log` this does not happen. Sorry, this
is was a result of my unclear coding.
