That functionality was not working at the time as well - I asked for the
details on it in the dev list:
http://callback.markmail.org/thread/34v7igfjz7abcgxe, but there was no response.
So taking into account it was inconsistent with ios and did not look not very
good (after some fixes were applied to show the dialog), after discussion on
Slack https://cordova.slack.com/archives/general/p1453189822002433 I've decided
to rework it.
[~bowserj], could you please give a reference on how it
(LoadingDialog/LoadingPageDialog) was supposed to work and/or share your
thoughts on the way it should be fixed?
