When using the resource-file tag in plugin.xml for cordova-windows, the link
tag generated in the .jsproj has the wrong value.
plugin.xml example:
<resource-file src="src/windows/buildtarget/ARM/msvcr110.dll"
device-target="win"
target="plugins/cordova-plugin-mfp-jsonstore/win/ARM/msvcr110.dll"
custom="true" arch="ARM" />
.jsproj file content:
<ItemGroup>
