An HTML elements has the "id=cordova". After build and install, opening the app
causes "deviceready" to never fires. The bug is with cli-5.1.1 and cli-5.2.0.
To be clear, change the attribute to "id=xcordova" and it works.
DOES NOT WORK "id=cordova"
WORKS OKAY "id=xcordova"
NOTE: There is no issue with 3.7.0 or 6.0.0. PGB offers no 4.x
