Description:
When running the app from CLI or Visual Studio 2015 the following error occurs:
The resource is a direct reference to a non-default resource candidate.
when performing an xhr request to a local resource.
A direct reference to resource file
ms-appx://org.something.app/www/resources/keys/de/key.json was detected. This
reference causes failures when used outside of the debugging environment.
Which causes the app to crash on startup.
