You shouldn't work on android studio. You should edit your files on the root
www folder with any code/text editor.
If you want to develop only for android and work from android studio then don't
use the cordova CLI, just use the cordova-android tools to create a cordova
android project instead of a cordova multi platform project and use plugman to
install plugins instead of using the cordova CLI.
