Some links going to plugins.cordova.io are broken here:

We probably need to move over the [npm publishing guide
|https://github.com/apache/cordova-registry-web/blob/master/attachments/npm/developers.html]
to the new plugin search page and convert it to markdown.
There is also [some discussion going
on|http://markmail.org/message/r47wtojlsla7rhzh] about adding more supported
keywords, so those should probably be included as well.
