We can't currently. Firstly we can't bundle it, because ios-deploy is GPL.
Secondly, if we add it as a dependency, currently cordova doesn't do a "npm
install" when we do "cordova platform add" anyway.
Steve is doing some cordova-fetch work that does do a npm install when we do a
cordova platform add, but that's in progress.
