Make sure you have Node@~4 and NPM@~2. Then, run:

npm install [email protected]

git clone https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-lib.git
cd cordova-lib/cordova-lib
../../node_modules/.bin/npm link ../../cordova-js
../../node_modules/.bin/npm link ../cordova-common
