Summary: Fix documentation for Android version code

In config.xml, we are using the wrong name for the android version code
attribute of the widget tag. Should be {{android-versionCode}} and not
{{versionCode}}. We also need to restore the documentation on how the version
code is calculated and add a big warning about it.
