Telling a Cordova committers to RTFM is pretty sad when you clearly didn't
yourself, otherwise you may see that what you wrote in your report would never
work because:
1. --minSdkVersion isn't a valid argument
2. Passing the gradle arguments directly does work, I just tested it on the
latest version.
Instead of insulting people on the project, perhaps try reading the docs more
thoroughly next time.
