Omar Mefire reopened CB-10050:

Reopening this issue because Android currently prevents you from saving into
the PHOTOLIBRARY if an image was picked from the PHOTOLIBRARY +
savedToPhotoAlbum = true.
The Android behavior should be modified to match iOS's
