Summary: Medic Log for iOS should filte out old logs

Medic log for iOS just dumps the log for the simulator application. That means
that if the run step fails and the simulator doesn't launch, the logs that will
be dumped will be the same logs from the last time the simulator ran
successfully. The running tests step is limited at something like 25 minutes,
so we should just filter the logs to only include entries within that range.
