Summary: Builders should indicate OS versions

The builders should make it clear what OS they are testing on. For instance,
both the Android builders currently run KitKat. Not sure if we should print it
during the build, print it in mobilespec logs, or rename the builders. Probably
not mobilespec logs, because that would be lost in the case of an app crash.
