That's weird. I also tried the Windows platform and that resulted in the
Version attribute of the Identity tag to be "1.0.3.0".
I use Phonegap Build to compile my application. I already posted my issue there
(http://community.phonegap.com/nitobi/topics/incorrect-version-number-in-windows-manifest),
but they suggested to post the issue here...
