Description:
I'm using "_blank" target within my ionic2 app but the events (tested with
loadstart and exit) won't fire:

var url = 'http://myURL.com';
var browserRef = cordova.InAppBrowser.open(url, '_blank',
'location=no,clearsessioncache=yes,clearcache=yes');
browserRef.addEventListener('loadstart', event => {
console.log('loadstart event'); // not fired
});
browserRef.addEventListener('exit', event => {
console.log('exit event'); // not fired
});

My setup is:
Cordova CLI: 6.0.0
iOS Platform Version: 4.0.1
InAppBrowser Plugin Version: 1.2.1
Ionic version: 2.0.0-beta.3
OS: Mac OS X El Capitan
Node Version: v4.1.2
Xcode version: Xcode 7.3 Build version 7D175
