@mohitgupta1918 I agree that both are valid scenarios. But, with the current
Java and JS restrictions, it is not possible to create a date without the year.
Putting in a dummy year might work but this would be a design change that might
actually break other scenarios. So, I am unassigning this ticket from me for
now.
