I have created a Cordova Plugin. It has become the library reference
relationship, such as the following.
```
* android (MainActivity)
↓ dependency
* my custom plugin module
↓ dependency
* my custom library module
↓ dependency
* CordovaLib
```
It was not able to specify a project framework is also referred to using the
framework element in plugin.xml. And, build.gradle of referenced framework is
dependency is overwritten by GradleBuilder.js. How to add a "my custom library
module" to settings.gradle also no.
