When using cordova-ios 3.9.2 or below, links inside of iFrames will stay inside
of the iFrame; when using cordova-ios 4.x, the links will be opened in the
system browser.
I have created a repository with a working version and a broken version of the
app with code that is identical, besides the cordova-ios version.
