This issue is not Android N specific. The reason it showed up on N and not
Marshmallow was that in Marshmallow we skip all of the geolocation tests to
prevent the location dialog from showing up. The check for Marshmallow is to
see if the device version is greater than or equal to 6, which fails for N.
Still worrying is that the tests fail even after I grant permission on both
Marshmallow and N.
