Description:
This is when you do a "repo-clone -r all".
Since it runs automatically, you have no opportunity to respond to the prompt.
This is to ease the use of this command for new contributors. If not, they will
have to clone manually, then accept the server cert at the prompt anyway --
defeating the purpose of this command, which is to help the contributor.
