Can be reproduced on mobilespec app on iOS:
Go to camera manual tests
Select sourceType = SAVEDPHOTOLIBRARY
Select destinationType = NATIVE_URI
Select targetWidth and targetHeight = 200
Tap "Get Picture"
Tap a picture
Tap "Use"
Look at the console. In my case, it says "img size: 768x768"
