However my question is: why is this neccesary in the first place?
After all, isn't this simply a web layout engine in a window? What's so
complicated about that? Why does that need *another* framework on top of
Cordova?
And also, why must I download a Windows 8.1 component? Will my app still work
on Windows 7?
