Under the windows platform, there's a hamburger menu with "Share" and
"Settings". I've found I can customize the settings popup that appears
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/35148751/windows-10-app-settings-menu-implementation,
but I'd like to be able to customize what appears in there (and possibly even
remove it). I am not familiar with universal apps, but I wonder if there would
be a way to access the window object itself and I can probably work with msdn
from there.
