So why are you telling me this?
I reported that site-wide search isn't working.
I did not report that Google search isn't working.
I really don't care how you fix it.
If you choose to implement a different search engine, I don't care.
What I do care about is getting a correct result.
My comment above is basically saying "I don't think the fix to site-wide
search is working. It is NOT giving me a correct result."
