Steps to reproduce:
# cordova create hello io.cordova.hellocordova إثرا
# cd hello
# cordova platform add ios
# cordova run ios
run fails with following error:

xcodebuild: error: The project 'اثرا.xcodeproj' does not contain a target named
'اثرا'.
