Summary: Newly created iOS app refuses to start consistently

When I create a new Cordova app for iOS and do 'ios emulate ios', I'll see the
simulator launch, I'll see my app begin to launch, and then it goes away. If I
run the command again, sometimes I'll see the same behavior, sometimes it
works. Typically it takes a few runs before this issue seems to just magically
go away... for the app in question. I'll see it again when making a new app.
Ok, I've been complaining about this for a while, sorry it took me so long to
file an issue. Will add details as I find em.
