I've just tested on:
cordova 6.2.0
cordova ios 4.1.1
cordova android 5.1.1
with cordova-plugin-device 1.1.2
On iOS 8.4.1 iPad and android 5.0.1 device
Can not reproduce the issue.
Please, provide more information or I'll close the issue.
