please take a stab on it - even if it's only a start - this is a regression
which makes any landscape iPhone app unusable
There are a number of other related issues - with your finding as the probable
root cause:
CB-11287 - iOS: landscape iPhone app: webview orientation turns to portrait
after camera displayed
CB-11423 - Web view shrinks after locking screen orientation
