setVolume in cordova media plugin works fine in android devices but in iOS
setVolume has no effect at all. I couldn't find anything in the docs which says
it won't work in iOS, So I am not sure whether it is the expected behavior. The
logs from xcode reveal nothing. Here is the section of log

The app was tested in iPhone 5c running iOS 9.3 and iPhone 5s
Works fine in Nexus 6 running 6.0.0
