cordova create foo
cd foo
cordova platform add windows
[in another cmd window with admin privileges:]
platforms\windows\cordova\log
[back in first cmd window:]
cordova run
{noformat}
This will print all logs continuously, duplicating every entry. The expected
behavior is that it will not duplicate log entries.
