Resolution: Not A Problem
Use MediaCapture plugin to record a video:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-media-capture#capturecapturevideo
{{[Camera.MediaType.VIDEO|https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-camera#cameramediatype--enum]}}
is for selecting a video from library/gallery.
