Test fails on timeout. The test is possibly flakey

1) cordova-plugin-file-transfer-tests.tests >> FileTransfer methods upload
filetransfer.spec.29 (compatibility) should be able to upload a file using
local paths
- Error: Timeout - Async callback was not invoked within timeout specified by
jasmine.DEFAULT_TIMEOUT_INTERVAL.
