Clicking on "Edit Source on GitHub" on [this
page|http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/] points to [this
page|https://github.com/apache/cordova-docs/blob/master/www/docs/en/dev/index.md],
which is not very informative. Generated pages like the home page and other
ToC-like pages might be better off without an "Edit Source on GitHub" page.
There can be a simple "is_generated" flag in the front matter that can be
manually set for pages that are known to be generated.
