Sebb reopened CB-11058:

The DOAP contains a reference to the PMC data RDF file which also moved.
The reference is:

rdf:resource="http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova/site/infra/doap_Cordova_PMC.rdf";
/>
However the file is now at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova/site/public/infra/doap_Cordova_PMC.rdf
Please update the URL in the DOAP ASAP.
