Description:
1. Create an .xcworkspace in the template
2. Add the .xcodeproj to the .xcworkspace
3. Update the create script to modify the xcworkspace names
4. Update the build script:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-ios/blob/master/bin/lib/create.js to build
the workspace
Make sure the .xcworkspace is compatible with cocoapods (see
https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-roadmap/issues/131#issuecomment-243620120)
