It looks like there are now several different copies of the DOAP and of the PMC
RDF file.
You need to decide which DOAP is the master copy, and edit it so that it points
to a valid PMC RDF file, and the make sure that the appropriate DOAP is listed
here:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/data/projects.xml
Please try and use fixed locations for both the DOAP and PMC RDF file to avoid
these problems in future.
