Default Xcode project created by Cordova sets unusual non-standard value for
target build setting, "Runpath Search Paths". Default Xcode value is
"@executable_path/Frameworks". Cordova is setting this value on generated
projects but only for debug build. The release build value is blank.
Propose change to set "Runpath Search Paths" to "@executable_path/Frameworks"
for both debug and release or set it independent of build configuration.
