document.head.appendChild method to programatically inject some resource ( link
element for example ) doesn't work only on ios 10
f.e:
var elImport = document.createElement('link');
elImport.rel = 'import';
elImport.href = 'vulcanize/vulcanize.html';
document.head.appenchChild(elImport);
